For one of our clients in the oil&gas industry we are looking for a OMS E/I Coordinator Offshore.

Our client is established in 11 countries worldwide and is active in the energy and water sectors. In the Netherlands, they operate as a producer of natural gas and are co-owner and operator of two gas storage facilities.

What will you do
Effective planning and preparation of (maintenance) work on the Offshore P15ACD installations and the P15F & P18A satellites. The work for the satellites and OMS is also coordinated.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope, prepare, plan in collaboration with the Planner, have maintenance work carried out and supervise
  • Initiating and having modifications (MOC) carried out on the installations, in accordance with the applicable procedures and standards
  • Ensures the correct progress of plans, work instructions, drawings and dosage of workload of the employees and third parties to be managed
  • Ensures the correct coordination of planned and to be carried out work with the relevant manager, Team Leader and/or Operator of the Offshore installation
  • Carrying out analyzes on the various installations after the work has been carried out and proposing improvements/modifications of maintenance work through Master Data Change (MDC)
  • Responsible for the preparation of maintenance stops such as TAR and Campaigns at the Offshore installations, in collaboration with TAR and Campaign coordinators
  • Ensures correct spare parts management of critical equipment's in collaboration with the Reliability Engineer and Supply Chain inventory management
  • Requesting quotes and ordering parts in collaboration with the Supply Chain department
  • Processes the assignment and administrative handling in the maintenance management system
  • Responsible for the management of the Maximo maintenance management system
  • Addressing/coaching employees/third parties and taking corrective action in unsafe work situations.

Requirements

What we search for in you
We’re happy to hear from professionals with at least an MBO 4 Education Mechanical Engineering and/or E&I and 5+ years relevant experience in the Onshore and Offshore sectors. In this role you'll require both Dutch and English language skills.
 
We'd like to see as many of the following skills on your CV:

  • VCA Basic or VOL
  • Electrical: LV and HV installations, E-motors, transformers
  • Instrumentation: Valves including actuators, measuring and control systems, DCS, PLC, networks, PLC OMS (Siemens PLC, Toshiba PLC, etc.)
  • Experience with and knowledge of Offshore technical installations and technical drawings and P&IDs.
  • BOSIET0.5A (Basic Offshore Safety Introduction & Emergency Training) and H2S0.8 NOPEGA
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • Experience with MRP systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle

The planner will have to visit the Offshore installations several times.
